Frosting Filled Cookies

Your favorite cookies with a gooey frosting center.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. prepared cookie dough
    (we recommend chocolate chip!)
  • 8 tbsp. Cinnabon® Signature Cream Cheese Frosting,
    chilled
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Drop 8 individual tablespoons of frosting onto small cookie pan lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Measure 8 scoops of ¼ cup cookie dough & place on large cookie pan. Shape into balls & flatten into 3.5-inch circles.
  3. Place 1 portion of frozen frosting in the center of each cookie dough circle.
  4. Bring dough edges up to cover the frosting & shape into balls, being careful not to squeeze out the frosting.
  5. Freeze again for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 22 minutes in a traditional oven.
